Owner and Executive Chef Ginny Chapman, graduated Summa Cum Laude and obtained her Associate of Occupational Science of Culinary Arts degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas. In addition to her culinary degree, Chef Ginny has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas and had a very successful career in accounting for many years. Chef Ginny is also certified as a Personal Chef by the Culinary Business Academy.
Enthusiastic about her career change in 2005, Chef Ginny has now combined her business experience with the passion she has for food.
Chef Ginny uses only the freshest of ingredients and prepares each dish from the heart with an infusion of passion and creativity. She specializes in using seasonal, preservative free, non-processed ingredients. All of her dishes are made from scratch creating a truly memorable dining experience.
